下午3:30回到酒店本想稍作休息，卻發現房間根本沒有打掃，床鋪也維持著原樣。更令人失望的是，洗髮水和沐浴露用完後也沒有補充。每次打電話向客服反映，都衹送來一件物品——一次是紙巾，一次是沐浴液，一次是茶包，反覆折騰，毫無效率可言。我們衹能被迫坐著等他收拾，完全沒辦法休息。

酒店位置非常好！到哪裡都很方便。到女王大廈一帶逛街衹有幾百米，坐幾站輕軌就到環形碼頭。走路也就20分鐘就能欣賞到雪梨歌劇院。酒店設備比較新，前台也很熱情，還送了兩杯咖啡。衹是房間有點小，不過這個地頭這個價格也算信價比高了。

房間非常的乾淨舒適，有智能平板可以控制室內電子設備，電視、窗簾和燈都可控；前台服務也很耐心周到，我們忘記帶牙刷了，跟前台反饋後非常熱心的幫我送到了房間；房間裡還有膠囊咖啡機可以自己使用，T2的茶包也很不錯；周邊逛街去市區各個景點也很方便，很推薦旅行預訂！

Location is wonderful, which was the only good thing about our stay. The room was not clean enough, there was too much dust on the sink and small shelves and even the bed was not clean enough when we entered the room. I don't know if their cleaning service is outsourced or not, we believed we are framed by the cleaner, they come after we checked out and poured the coffee on the bed for charging more money on my card. I been charged for replacement of the bed cover on the next day we checked out without be noticed any details, even no tax invoice was sent to my email. I needed to call and argued with the hotel, finally I got my money back but it really annoyed and frustrated me. I had a really bad experience with this stay, we didn't even get an apology. we won’t be back anymore.

酒店的設施很新外面的建築表面很有特色最絕的還是位置一流基本上走路距離以內可以覆蓋大部分的景點外面好吃的很多距離唐人街也不遠這個價格在雪梨也很有性價比唯一的缺陷是房間的空間利用一般感覺有點擁擠

The room needs an award please , one of the most amazing interior and simple thing like water hotness hand level cleverly design u could adjust it at high precision. 100% Smart Control on a tablet and one full body length resting chair in room and a sofa like seat at shoe changing area . I will never stay anywhere else in Sydney ever again

店位置好，市中心，周邊都是景點。前台很小，門面不大。但房卡梯控安全，房間由PAD控制，很有科技感。入住一晚體驗還是不錯的。

海德公園旁的酒店，地理位置很優越，在Museum站坐train和在Gadigal站去搭乘metro都非常方便。到QVB、市政廳和唐人街都在步行1公里的範圍內。酒店旁邊的porter house是歷史性老建築，一樓有一個餐酒吧。整個酒店的裝修風格是很現代簡約的，房間也比較大，給人比較溫馨舒適的感覺，所有設施都是通過ipad來操作，也很智能化。毛巾準備的很充分，而且備的有拖鞋，這是我這次住了幾個酒店裡麵唯一一個準備了拖鞋的酒店。

친정엄마와, 가족과 함께 이용했어요. 일단 위치가 좋구요, 메인거리는 어디든 걸어서 다닐 수 있습니다- 프론트데스크에 한국인직원분이 계시구요, 위치나 청결도 또한 만족스러워서 잘 지내다가 왔어요! 뷰는..? 별거 없습니다~ 숙박이 여러가지로 가장 신경이 쓰이는데 아주 만족했습니다~~~
